Ms. Kremer counsels clients in corporate, securities and commercial business transaction matters. She has represented established and emerging companies in a variety of industries, including software and technology, education, consumer goods, services, and food and beverage. Ms. Kremer has experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, financing transactions, and company formation. She has also represented buyers and sellers in aircraft purchases.
Before joining Garrett Stiepel Ryder LLP, Ms. Kremer was a corporate associate with Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP in San Diego.
