Biography

Ms. Ng specializes in taxation and estate planning matters, with an emphasis on real estate transactions and ownership.

Ms. Ng advises real estate investors and developers on California real property tax issues, dealer income tax and capital gains issues, partnership tax and 1031 and 1033 tax-deferred exchanges. In addition to her knowledge in income tax issues, Ms. Ng brings expertise in property tax structuring and has a proven record of successfully appealing property tax assessments across Southern California.

For private and individual clients, Ms. Ng has experience advising clients on a broad range of estate planning and gifting matters such as the preparation of wills, revocable living trusts, durable powers of attorneys, health care directives as well as more sophisticated vehicles such as asset protection trusts and irrevocable defective trusts. Ms. Ng regularly represents clients in trust and estate dispute negotiations and adds value by structuring settlements in tax efficient manners for her clients.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Ng worked in international business and is conversant in Mandarin. Ms. Ng is admitted to practice law in the states of California and New York.
