Allyssa Holcomb is a Partner at the firm. She represents commercial real estate owners, retailers, solar developers, investors, and related parties in all aspects of commercial leasing, including industrial, retail, office, and solar projects; acquisitions, dispositions, and development of commercial real estate; and all components of commercial real estate finance and secured transactions, including acquisition, construction, mezzanine and permanent loans, sale leaseback transactions and tax credit financing arrangements. Ms. Holcomb’s experience involves virtually all areas of commercial real estate.

Before joining Garrett Stiepel Ryder LLP in March 2007, Ms. Holcomb practiced in the real estate and land use practice group at Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt, P.C., one of the Northwest’s leading law firms. Ms. Holcomb is a nonpracticing member of the Oregon State Bar and a practicing member of the State Bar of California.
